Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WizardTrader.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WizardTrader ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our") operated by WizardTrader s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.Description of Service

2.1 What WizardTrader Is

WizardTrader is a skill-based fantasy cryptocurrency trading competition platform. Users receive a virtual portfolio of $100,000 USD in simulated funds and compete against other users using real-time market data from third-party exchanges. No real cryptocurrency assets are purchased, sold, or transferred on behalf of users during gameplay.

2.2 Entry Fees and Prize Pools

Users may pay an entry fee in USDC (USD Coin) on the Polygon blockchain network to enter tournaments. Entry fees are collected into a prize pool. At the conclusion of each tournament, the prize pool is distributed to top-ranked participants according to the published prize structure for that tournament.

WizardTrader retains a platform fee of up to 15% of the gross prize pool as consideration for operating the platform ("Rake"). The exact fee percentage is displayed on each tournament entry page.

2.3 Skill-Based Competition

WizardTrader is designed as a game of skill. Tournament outcomes are determined solely by the trading performance of participants as measured by portfolio value at tournament end. Random chance does not determine outcomes.

3.Eligibility and Jurisdictional Responsibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to participate in paid tournaments.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether use of this Platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or participating. WizardTrader does not restrict access by geography, but you represent and warrant that your participation does not violate any applicable local laws. WizardTrader assumes no liability for your use of the Platform in violation of local laws.

Regardless of the above, you may NOT use the Platform if you are located in, a resident of, or a national of any country subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including but not limited to: Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of WizardTrader and their immediate family members are prohibited from participating in paid tournaments.

4.Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access Platform features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of any winnings.

4.3 KYC / AML Verification

WizardTrader reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly for prize withdrawals. You may be required to provide government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

5.Tournaments and Prize Pools

5.1 Tournament Entry

Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has commenced. Tournaments may be cancelled by WizardTrader at any time before start, in which case entry fees will be returned to participants.

5.2 Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed in USDC on the Polygon network within 72 hours of tournament conclusion, subject to identity verification requirements. WizardTrader is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or wallet errors.

5.3 Prize Pool Integrity

In the event of a material technical failure affecting tournament integrity, WizardTrader reserves the right to void the tournament and return entry fees, or to extend the tournament period at its sole discretion.

5.4 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your prize winnings in your jurisdiction. WizardTrader does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7.Market Data and Virtual Trading

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers (including Binance) and is provided for entertainment and competitive purposes only. WizardTrader does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.

The Platform simulates trading using virtual funds only. No real cryptocurrency trading occurs on your behalf. Past performance in WizardTrader tournaments does not indicate future results in real cryptocurrency markets. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
